Rooms most trainers never enter.
Since 2002, UOL Institute has trained rooms most trainers never enter: boardrooms, bank branches, security agencies, university halls. The first documented international workshop was delivered in Switzerland in 2003. The work has since reached clients across India, the GCC, and Europe.
What we do not have is a course catalogue. A catalogue means the training was written before anyone asked what the room needs. Ours is written after.
How a UOL workshop is built
Four steps, in this order.
- The diagnostic call30 minutes with the person who owns the problem. We ask what the room struggles with, what has been tried, and what would make this training worth the payroll hours it consumes.
- The designThe workshop is assembled from three disciplines: clinical psychology, hypnotic communication, and NLP.

Dr. Maruti Sharma holds a PhD in Buddhist Psychology, and is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Trainer (National Guild of Hypnotists, USA), a Certified NLP Trainer trained by Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP, a Yoga Shiromani of the Sivananda school trained in Tai Chi and Qigong, an RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist (Associate), and an Organisational Behaviour Psychologist — with international training in Creativity and Project Management, Switzerland, 2003. In private practice since 2002.

Fees are scoped after the diagnostic call, based on design, duration, and location, plus 18% GST. There is no rate card because there is no catalogue.
